The presentation will cover the current state of tax negotiations in the 119th Congress, how the reconciliation process and an arcane debate over current law and current policy baselines will dictate the final scope and scale of whatever tax writers produce. We will also specifically explore the current dynamic around wealth transfer policy and expiring estate tax exemptions. Also included in the conversation will be what comes next in the process, predictions on the final scope and scale of the bill, and the timeline for it all coming together.
